Estrategia

  • a) Para AA basta con su determinante. Para BB no hace falta calcularla: de det⁡(AB)=det⁡A⋅det⁡B\det(AB) = \det A\cdot\det B se despeja det⁡B\det B, y con eso ya se sabe si es invertible.
  • b) Se despeja A−1X=B+B AA^{-1}X = B+B\,A y, como A−1A^{-1} multiplica por la izquierda, se multiplica por AA por la izquierda:
X=A (B+B A)X = A\,\bigl(B+B\,A\bigr) Para eso hace falta BB, que se obtiene de B=A−1(AB)B = A^{-1}(AB).

Consejo

En a) no calcules BB para saber si es invertible: de det⁡(AB)=det⁡Adet⁡B\det(AB) = \det A\det B sale det⁡B\det B directamente. Es el atajo que busca el enunciado.

En b), A−1A^{-1} multiplica a XX por la izquierda, así que hay que multiplicar por AA por la izquierda: X=A(B+BA)X = A(B+BA), no (B+BA)A(B+BA)A.

Saca el 113\frac{1}{13} factor común y opera con la matriz de enteros: al final el 1313 se cancela y XX sale con entradas enteras. Trabajar con fracciones desde el principio multiplica los errores.
